NVIDIA published details on November 3, 2026 outlining how AI and accelerated computing are being applied across semiconductor manufacturing. According to NVIDIA, partners including COMSOL, Applied Materials, Siemens, Lam Research and Advantest are integrating NVIDIA tools to compress simulation cycles. COMSOL and Applied Materials report up to 10x speedups using NVIDIA cuDSS; Applied's ACE+ platform claims up to 35x faster topography simulations via PhysicsNeMo. Siemens reports up to 17x acceleration in lithography workloads using cuLitho. Lam Research says plasma behavior prediction drops from days to milliseconds. Advantest reports AI agent-driven model selection reduces response times from hours to minutes. Applied Materials is also using NVIDIA Omniverse libraries to build digital twins of full fab environments.
