NVIDIA RTX Spark Launches October 16 With AI, Creative, Developer Updates

NVIDIA and Microsoft announced RTX Spark laptops will be available October 16, pairing up to 128GB unified memory with 1 petaflop of AI compute. Ahead of launch, NVIDIA reports broad ecosystem readiness: Adobe is optimizing Photoshop and Premiere for up to 2x performance gains (beta now available); NVIDIA Broadcast 2.3 adds Video Super Resolution and Frame Generation; and NVIDIA PAIR, a local AI router, exits beta with llama.cpp support. The Nemotron 3.5 Bolt 74B model, described by NVIDIA as purpose-built for local agents, releases October 15. Developer tooling includes the first PyTorch-CUDA build for Windows on Arm and native Python 3.15 support.
